Some of the services that Change Reaction provides but are not limited to are. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services includes a PRP worker assigned to clients to assist them with coping, social, relationship-building, and life skills. They also assist with linking the client to resources in the community, such as employment resources, social security, housing, insurance, and food resources. Change Reaction also offers groups such as Parenting, Support groups for families dealing with someone with a mental health diagnosis, Understanding your diagnosis, Diet and Nutrition, and Weight loss.
Mission
The mission of CRC is to enhance mental health and awareness, promote individual empowerment, and increase access to treatment and services for people living with mental illness. We work to help people by serving their mental health, special education, and community support needs through direct service, policy, advocacy, and outreach. Together, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by mental illness and empower them to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Our vision is to uplift the lives of those affected by mental illness and foster emotional well-being for individuals and families. We are dedicated to providing the necessary support to enhance the quality of life for children, youth, and adults dealing with mental illness.
